This product is a high-concentration omega-3 lipid raw material made from DHA algae oil produced through the fermentation of microalgae, which has been purified to a high degree using a biological enzyme enrichment process and molecular distillation technology. The fatty acid structure is in the natural triglyceride (TG) form, and the DHA content reaches up to 85%, resulting in a high-purity DHA oil. By utilizing a gentle enrichment process that employs enzyme reactions, DHA is efficiently concentrated, and subsequent low-temperature purification through molecular distillation removes impurities and unwanted components, yielding high-purity DHA lipids. The manufacturing process adopts a biological enzyme process that does not use organic solvents, ensuring excellent safety and quality stability. Additionally, it has a high ratio of DHA at the Sn-2 position, which is designed to enhance absorption efficiency in the body. Therefore, it is used as a raw material for high-value-added products that require high DHA concentrations, such as concentrated supplement formulations and drop products. DHA derived from microalgae, unlike fish oil, does not go through the marine food chain, resulting in a lower risk of heavy metal contamination and is gaining global attention as a sustainable omega-3 resource.
